Michigan No-Fault: The More You Know

The amendment of the Michigan No-Fault Statute in May 2019 created an uncertain future for the claimants, adjusters, attorneys, providers, and others who work daily to navigate the law’s guidelines.

In the days to follow, the courts will interpret the new measures, including the statute’s requirements for the qualification of an expert physician witness, as written in MCL 500.3151(2)(b).
